At Aurilow, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@aurilow.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@aurilow.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. Essential oils that have been opened are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Each Aurilow lamp is handcrafted from natural gypsum stone. Slight variations in texture, shape, and color are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique.
